Today we take a moment to remember the inspirational and always kind Dr. Winston Crookendale, who passed away after battling prostate cancer.

Dr. Crookendale pioneered reconstructive surgery in Barbados – “I came back [from my studies] and every hair lip; every cleft palette, every major burn, every major hand injury, facial injuries-you name it- I am the one doing them all.”
